Description
Networks are a fundamental tool for modeling complex technological, social, and biological systems. The course will be given to PhD candidates in FNR DTUs, or to students who are interested in complex networks or social media analysis. The course will cover basic network mathematics, network models, methods for describing network structure and measuring networks, community detection, link prediction and information diffusion in networks. In the end, we will present some recent research results on mining large social network datasets.
